The extruder's delivery volume (of marking material) remains unaffected by viscosity, setting of extruder slot, material level and continuous reaction in the mixture.
Powered metering pumps at the universal extruder resp. at the bellow pumps take care of constant material delivery and provide speed proportional application with automatic constant thickness independent of any change in marking speed (AMAKOS®).

The bellow pump system is suitable for highly abrasive mediums and solid matters with a size of up to Ø 2 mm.
